		create repository folder structure
	add, -a, --add
		add deb package to repository
	del, -d, --del
		delete deb package from repository
	help, -h, --help
		print help message
	-v, --version
		print version of debrepo package

ARGS:
	<DEB>...
		*.deb package to add or delete from repository.
